Terms of Sale and Use
These terms explain the straightforward deal behind FAST: one purchase, the selected number of Macs and lifetime updates for that product.

Seller and payment
FAST is developed and supported by 03-Studios, Manuel Thurner, Weinstraße 6, 39057 Girlan BZ, Italy. Polar Software Inc. acts as merchant of record for checkout, payment, taxes, receipts and payment refunds. The price and included number of Mac activations are shown before checkout.
License
A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use FAST on the number of Macs in the selected tier. You may move an activation to another Mac by deactivating the old installation. You may not resell, share or publish a license key, or redistribute, reverse engineer or modify FAST except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Requirements and permissions
FAST requires macOS 14 Sonoma or newer and macOS Accessibility permission to manage windows. License activation and periodic validation require an internet connection; a seven-day offline grace period applies after successful validation. System Integrity Protection can remain enabled.
Updates
The purchase includes updates to FAST without a recurring subscription. “Lifetime” refers to the supported lifetime of this FAST product, not to a promise that every future macOS version or hardware platform will remain compatible indefinitely. Signed updates are delivered through the built-in update checker.
Refunds
Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee is described in the refund policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep FAST reliable and compatible with the supported macOS versions, but software may contain defects and third-party platform changes may affect behavior. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FAST is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated, and liability is limited to foreseeable direct loss. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.
