This website is static. It sets no cookies, runs no trackers, and uses no analytics services. When you visit, our hosting provider processes technically necessary server logs (IP address, time, requested page) on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The FAST App

FAST keeps your workspace data entirely on your Mac. It sends no usage data, telemetry, window titles, Scene content, or rules to us or to third parties. The built-in updater requests FAST's signed appcast from justfast.app/updates/. It downloads a notarized DMG only when an update is available and you allow the download.

Purchases via Polar

Purchases are processed by Polar Software Inc. ("Polar", polar.sh) acting as merchant of record. Polar processes the data required to complete your order (name, email address, payment details, billing address) under its own privacy policy. We receive order details from Polar, without full payment information, to provide licenses and support (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To activate and validate a license, FAST sends the license key, our Polar organization ID, a generic device label, the app major version, and the Polar activation ID to Polar. It does not send a hardware identifier or workspace content. The license key and activation ID are stored in the macOS Keychain. FAST revalidates at launch and allows up to 7 days of offline use after the last successful validation.

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and delete it once it is no longer needed.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
