You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You do not need to provide a reason and there is no form to complete. This commercial guarantee does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

How to request a refund

Email contact@03-studios.com from the address used at checkout. Include the Polar order ID if available. Do not include your full license key.

Processing and license access

Polar processes the payment and returns approved refunds to the original payment method. Bank processing times can vary. Refunding the purchase ends the associated FAST license and its activations.
